To open a business checking account, you will need to provide one or more of the following:

- Certificate of Limited Partnership (if applicable)
- Certificate of Fictitious Name
LLC
- Articles of Organization
- Certificate of Registration
- Operating Agreement
Sole Proprietorship (DBA)
- Certificate of Factious Name (if applicable)
Corporation
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Incorporation
- By-Laws
