DEPOSIT SERVICES
To open a business checking account, you will need to provide one or more of the following:
- Partnership Agreement
- Bylaws
- Articles of Incorporation
- Copy of Articles of Organization
- Certification of Incorporation
- Corporation Bylaws
- Certificate of Formation and Operating Agreement
LENDING SERVICES
To apply for a traditional business loan, you will need to provide the following documentation based on your business type:

- Previous 3 years business financial statements
- Previous 3 years business tax returns
- Current personal financial statement for each partner
- Previous 3 years personal tax returns for each partner
- Partnership Agreement
- Bylaws
CORPORATION
